Ordering

✑ My commissions are finished by a monthly waitlist. Please order by leaving a comment on the said tracking list with your username/commission type to claim a slot for the desired month.✑ Comments MUST be left on the “client's username” column, in order, or else me and other clients wouldn't be able to see it.✑ The default messaging method is Instagram. If you prefer to use another platform (Discord, Twitter), you can specify it. I will reach out to the client to confirm their order around one week before the month of commission.✑ Clients are free to delete and make a different comment before the month of ordered commission.✑ Please do NOT edit/delete/ resolve comments that aren't made by you.✑ Please, please be responsible with your commission slot. I’m always open to discussing cancellations, but repeatedly canceling slots for a certain month after it has already started may warrant a warning.
Clients with 4 warnings or above may be blacklisted / blocked from using my services for 4 months.✑ Commissions will not be done in order, but will be guaranteed to be finished before the following month.✑ If clients wish to delay the commission for more than 2 months, it will be considered canceled, hence result in a warning.✑ Clients may request any concrete deadline past the 14th of each month free or charge. If the deadline is any day earlier than the 14th, a rush fee of $10 will be added.

Payment

✑ PayPal is used as the main payment method.✑ Payment should be made before or after the first rough draft. If payments aren't made within 7 days after agreement, the commission will be canceled.✑ Payment should be made in full. Partial payments are not supported for orders under $200. Clients will be asked to cover the transaction fee for partial payments.✑ While sending payment, please only write your username on the content.✑ Commercial commissions will be charged extra from ×1,5 to ×3, depending on the uses. PSD files will only be provided for commercial use.✑ Private commissions are charged an additional 30% of the original price. Meaning that I won't be using your commission for any purposes, including sharing publicly in social media or using them as samples.✑ Refunds are not supported.

Process and revision

A regular process will look like either of these lines, depending on the Service:Payment → rough draft → coloured sketch → character render → background renderORRough draft → payment → coloured sketch → character render → background renderFor Mystery/Surprise me services: Payment → full artwork → revisionWhile the full process is subject to change depending on the type of commission, it will mostly follow these lines. Clients will receive updates at all these points, and are able to request further updates if needed.✑ The timing for the payment can be discussed (see “Payment” section), but for certain types of commission [Herbal Tea/ Buttercream cakes], it may be recommended to wait for the first draft, so that I get a feel for the details asked and can give you an accurate quote.✑ Clients are allowed to request changes to be made at any point, but please keep in mind certain revisions will only be accepted at certain stages (e.g. changing the full pose is only accepted at the drafting stage).✑ I will not accept major changes on vague commission requests after a certain point in the process.✑ Major changes, such as drafting entirely new poses or designs, are only accepted at draft or sketch stages✑ Minor adjustments, such as moving parts of poses (e.g. hands, expressions) will not cost extra. If I forget a detail present in the references I will fix it free of charge.✑ Revisions are unlimited, but they may be charged extra if too many adjustments are requested resulting in back and forth.✑ If you have several requests for adjustments, please write them all down and send them together.

Extras

✑ After the commission is finished, you have the right to make any adjustments up to 40% to the drawing you received.✑ Clients have 4 months after finished results to ask for adjustments. After 4 months, the original file will be merged and big adjustments will not be able to be made afterwards.✑ For [Herbal tea], [Ice blends], and [Double blends] commission type, transparent pngs will NOT be provided unless requested from the beginning.✑ References must come with visual images. Except for [Tailored Cake - design commissions, a 30% extra charge will be applied if I am the one who makes the character outfits.✑ I will not accept AI generated images as major references.✑ Terms of Services are subject to change. Clients will only be subjected to the new TOS when requesting a new waitlist slot after the TOS comes into effect (see date above).✑ DO NOT use my commissioned work for AI training and NFTs. This will result in straight blacklisting
